Before starting Cold Start Counsel PLLC, Selma worked at two international law firms, providing companies and individuals with strategic legal and business advice. Selma founded Cold Start Counsel to bring her law firm expertise to startups in a more personal and cost-effective way. Her clients, including those in the tech and crypto industries, benefit from her understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape. She partners with founders, entrepreneurs, and CEOs to provide practical, actionable advice.
Selma is a 2017 graduate of Harvard Law School and a 2012 graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
